Limited Time Bonus Offered by Con Ed

Don’t miss out! Many utilities are offering extra incentives this year and Con Ed has started a limited time bonus as well. If you complete a commercial project by November 15th, you will get a special installation bonus in addition to the normal incentive! The details for their bonus are as follows:

To qualify:

  • Project application must be submitted by September 30, 2020
  • Installation and completion paperwork must be completed by November 15, 2020
  • Post inspection must be passed by November 30, 2020

Higher incentives apply to:

  • LED Lighting Fixtures – increased by up to 50%
  • Variable Frequency Drives – increased by up to 30%
  • Steam Trap Repair – increased from 70% to 85%
  • Pipe Insulation – increased from 70% to 85%
